Educated within Riyadh, competent in Law and trained within the legislature branch of government. The international values of liberalism did not come from Cambridge, Harvard, or Yale, they came from King Saud University.

The movement towards new ideologies and tolerance has gone towards limiting women restrictions on clothing and facilities that they may avail. Now women can obtain a drivers license, own their vehicle, and drive around in Jeddah & Riyadh freely without concerns. A policy brought about by MBS.
