The cabinet boasts professionals, unknown to many, yet very hidden faces and prominent workers. The cabinet selected has been meticulous, very professional, and very few stains are available to the public sphere. Although, all with their respective history, it surprises us that always in a caretaker setup, a very professional team of candidates arrives, and gets the job done. This adds to the notion of new political changes, a dire need, maybe?

British politics organizes itself in the proposal I advocate. No one man remains chairman of the party forever, there are party elections, and party candidates that get their one shot to lead the party manifesto, for better public service. Yes, there’s a hint of personal endeavor and ambition. But, you’d be an odd man if you never once thought of ruling in one shape or form. Besides the superficial changes of a two-party state, Pakistan on the other hand has an estimated 140+ political parties registered, each contesting. They have approximately 12 logo-based voting systems, hence indicating 12 powerful parties. All those parties, besides one of Imran Khans, The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf, also maybe because his children aren’t here or from here, have had a descendant within one family that would become party chairman after sitting chairman. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the most incompetent Foreign Minister of today’s politics, a thirty-something-year-old chap, is leading the most historical, and by far the most knowledgeable and able party, The Pakistan People’s Party. hence, the question raises again, why aren’t people similar to the cabinet of this caretaker setup today, the ideal thought process of every Prime Minister?

If it isn’t nepotism or its failed gall, maybe the question being asked is incorrect. A prominent setup has come in, and no one understands who or how?

That causes a greater rift in the system, not considering the invisible hand of Pakistani power of any value, did they make continuous mistakes for 76 years?

It is also to be observed, that the cabinet chosen isn’t an all-star cream. It is a machine. Workers of previous setups, bureaucrats, and two misfits being a retired Lt. General whose curriculum vitae showcases his works on corporate entities within the forces rather than battle-ready or defense ready for his role.

Whenever a professional setup is introduced, that reflects the Mckinsey-esque essence of a contractual government to remain for longer than intended. Although some might say that unknown names could indicate a government of convenience for 90 days. As per Reuters, the Election Commission believes the delimitations shall end by December. Which means missing the deadline of November. Not a shocking situation, but one with a fragrance of neutralization.

Mentioning Reuters above, and to paraphrase, most political analysts, myself, and Reuter’s view: if the elections do not take place within the constitutional direction of 90 days, this will solidify the power granted to the armed forces.
If that may be the case, we shall meet when another revolutionary is born.
